Product Description:

Pentart offers Clear Varnish in both matte and glossy finishes, providing protective coatings for various surfaces.​ These are solvent based.

• Matte Finish: Delivers a non-reflective, flat appearance, ideal for achieving a subdued look.​
• Glossy Finish: Provides a shiny, reflective surface, enhancing the vibrancy of colors and adding a polished effect.

When to Use:

Matte Finish: Use matte varnish when you want a non-reflective, subdued appearance.

Glossy Finish: Choose the glossy varnish to achieve a shiny, reflective surface

How to Use: 

• Make sure the surface is clean, dry, and free from dust or grease.​
• Stir the varnish gently before use. Apply a thin, even layer using a soft brush or sponge, following the direction of the surface's texture.​
• Allow the first coat to dry completely. Drying times may vary based on environmental conditions.​
• For better durability, apply a second coat after the first has dried.

Pro-Tip: 

• Clean your brushes with a solvent, turpentine or Pentart Solvent
• Avoid Overworking: Apply the varnish in smooth, continuous strokes to prevent visible brush marks.
• Can be used to seal IOD paint inlays.
• Use on clear resin to make clear and not cloudy.
• Use in a well ventilated area, has an odor.
